The 2022 World Environment Day campaign #OnlyOneEarth focusses on “Living Sustainably in Harmony with Nature” and calls for collective, transformative action on a global scale to celebrate, defend and restore our planet.
We are re-energising the slogan to emphasise that planet Earth is still the only home we have and to push for transformative actions to restore the balance between people and the natural world to create a better future for all.
In solidarity with the global campaign NEN observed the day with different stakeholders at the grassroot level.
