A Two days training was organized by North East Network (NEN) on “Capacity Building of Women Leaders on Entrepreneurship and Organizational Development”. The program was attended by 15 representatives of LiCheh Kro Weavers Producers Ltd (A women collective of Chizami Cluster). It was held at the Tourist Complex, Pfutsero from 14th – 15th September 2022. The training focused on enhancing the leadership skills of the women leaders to effectively participate in community development and to create awareness on the milieu of women entrepreneurship in Nagaland. The training included designing action plans by the collective towards the development of the Weavers Producers Company, taking real time issues and challenges. The training concluded by planning way forward based on the action plan of the collectives, which will entail periodical follow ups and continued mentoring by NEN Team for the collective.
