Awareness Programme on POSH Act 2013 for Assam Police Personnel

As part of North East Network’s (NEN) ongoing commitment to building safe and inclusive workplaces for women, Anurita Pathak Hazarika, Executive Director of NEN, led an awareness programme on the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013. This was organised by the Assam Police Border Organisation Headquarters in Guwahati for it’s staff. Shri Devojyoti Mukherjee, IPS, Inspector General of Police (Border), Assam, presided over this programme, and Shri Lamhao Doungel, APS, Superintendent of Police (Border), was also present.
