Funded by BFDW and Cattani Fund and supported by Self Employed Women Association (SEWA), the project focuses on organising and strengthening unorganised women workers’ leadership and their organisation towards securing their rights and entitlements. Around 3000 women unorganised workers in the informal sector (farm producers, home based workers and vendors) from Phek, Kohima and Dimapur districts are mobilized and organised under the banner of SEWA since 2013.
