Rights of women workers of the unorganized sector!
The majority of women work in unorganized sectors for low wages due to the low levels of skills, illiteracy, ignorance, and surplus labor and thus face a high level of exploitation. The social and economic profile of the female workers is greatly affected by the nature of the industrial sector where they work. Let’s put an end to this injustice and fight for our rights for equal pay and equal work.
