NEN Chizami organised a programme on World Food Day at its Vocational Training Centre bringing together 130 women farmers, government officers/Head of the department and village leaders from different nearby villages. The Deputy Commissioner was the Guest Speaker of the programme. Women farmers from different blocks shared their testimonies whereas 20 women farmers were honoured for their significant contributions towards food sustainability and farming to the community.
