1. Name of Position: Accountant
Job Location: NEN, Shillong
Essential Qualification: Post Graduate in Commerce from any reputed College/University
Work Experience: 2-3 years of working experience in the NGO sector in the field of accounting, budgeting, financial management, and at least 1 year of experience of working in Tally ERP 9. Knowledge of Foreign Contribution Regulations Rules is desirable. Conversant in MS Office applications Excel & Word is compulsory.
Duration of contract: 3 months’ probation followed by a one year contract.
Language proficiency: Fluent in Local Languages- Khasi, Jaiñtia or Garo
Remuneration: Will be based on work experience.

Job Location: NEN, Shillong
Essential Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate from any reputed College/University. Masters in Social Work, Gender studies or Women studies is desirable.
Work Experience: A minimum of 1 year of working experience is desirable. Fresher with adequate qualification may also apply.
Desired skills: Good communication abilities with strong working knowledge of MS Office (particularly MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint). Experience and skills in community mobilization along with reporting and documentation skills are necessary. Candidate must be willing to travel extensively for project work.
Duration of contract: 3 months’ probation followed by a one year contract.

Essential Qualification: Applicants must have cleared XII (12th) Standard and should have basic computer knowledge. Candidates must possess a valid LMV driving license.
Work Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant job experience.
Desired skills: Applicants will be required to drive to the outskirts of Meghalaya and other NE States as well.
Duration of contract: 3 months’ probation followed by a one year contract.
