The LCN Network is dedicated to creating rights-based shelter homes for women and transgender survivors of violence. It was formed in 2016 by women’s rights, human rights and feminist organisations, including Action India, Jagori, Nazariya, NEN, Sangama, Vimochana and Visthar. Learn more

Mahila Kisan Adhikar Manch (MAKAAM)

MINI aims to revive millet-based bio-diverse farming and food systems in India and empower the poor majority of India, most of whom are Dalits, Adivasis and women. The National Alliance of Women (NAWO) is a network of progressive-minded women’s groups and institutions, women workers, and individual women who envision a gender-just, democratic and humane society. The network emerged as an offshoot of the Beijing Conference (1995).

The North East Women Entrepreneurs Association (NEWEA) was formed in 1994. The association supports women who are rural artisans, entrepreneurs, and disabled women by enhancing their technical and design skills.
