Capacity Building Programme for Women Peer Leaders, 4th – 6th December: The sessions involved engaging exercises and group discussions that highlighted gender, patriarchy and gender based violence against women, children and gender minorities. Peer leaders crafted a comprehensive grassroots work plan to address and redress the impact of GBV on women. The sessions equipped our the leaders to develop leadership skills and to articulate and understand the specific needs of survivors in their communities.
